Dorco recently introduced its new high-frequency ERW pipe mill, which uses hot-rolled steel strips as raw material and applies cold roll forming and high-frequency welding technology to produce a variety of round and rectangular pipes, meeting diverse market demands.
This pipe mill features fully automated computer control throughout the production process and is equipped with an advanced automatic compensation system that precisely adjusts the heat input during high-frequency welding, effectively preventing common issues such as cold welding, false welding, and overheating. Additionally, the machine rigorously manages the temperature during intermediate frequency heat treatment to ensure that the quality of the weld seam and heat-affected zones meets the highest standards.
In recent years, as longitudinal submerged arc welded pipes have been widely adopted for long-distance oil and gas pipelines, the demand for large- and medium-diameter ERW steel pipes has continued to rise. Dorco's new high-frequency ERW pipe mill, with its superior performance and flexible production capabilities, effectively responds to diverse customer customization needs, helping them gain a competitive edge in the market.
