Recently, Dorco's customers have reported that the company's CNC ring rolling machine has effectively reduced preprocessing work and lowered production costs.
A factory owner in British Columbia stated, "In recent years, we have been committed to adopting the latest technology, increasing our investment in new equipment every year to stay competitive. Our investment in CNC equipment has been particularly substantial, and we have also added more automated machinery. These upgrades have significantly improved our product quality, production speed, and ability to adapt to different products."
This factory is not limited to the production of a single type of product but instead targets a diverse market, including industries such as mining and forestry. The customer added, "We have invested heavily in equipment, which has allowed us to enter broader markets. Today, our products can reach all across Western Canada and even into the United States. The new CNC equipment has indeed enhanced our production efficiency, and without automation, the challenges ahead would be even more difficult."
The factory's procurement manager mentioned that the team does not focus solely on price during the procurement process but is committed to selecting equipment that brings the greatest value to the factory. "We believe that with proper maintenance, these machines will continue to perform excellently for the next 20 years." He also revealed that as the company continues to expand, the team will keep investing in the latest CNC equipment to optimize shop processes, maximize space utilization, and improve workflow efficiency, thereby further reducing the cost of producing each part.
