Automatic Hydrostatic Testing Machine

Hydrostatic testing machine is mainly used for pressure test of welded pipe, with computerized recording, storing, printing and test results. It has the advantages of high efficiency, high test pressure and strong safety. Adopting two sealing forms: polyurethane end face sealing and internally braced large gap sealing.The diameter range of hydrostatic testing machine is Φ219-Φ5000mm, and the maximum test pressure is 50MPa.

Flat Head Chamfering Machine

The chamfering machine of spiral pipe/straight seam submerged arc pipe is used for flat head and groove processing of pipe end of spiral welded pipe or straight seam submerged arc welded pipe. Equipped with copying chamfering knife, the groove processing is uniform and beautiful.

The diameter range of chamfering machine is φ60mm-φ3100mm, it meets the standards of API-5L, API-5CL, GB9711.1 and GB9711.2.
